Zenlor is a software, AI, and Zoho consultancy built on a simple idea: engineering should move the business, not just the backlog. We partner with founders and teams to build the systems they actually run on.
Our story
Zenlor started with a frustration our founders kept hitting: agencies that treated software as a deliverable to hand off, not a system to be responsible for. Projects shipped, then quietly broke. We wanted to build the opposite.
So we assembled a team that stays — engineers who care about the metric behind the feature, and who are as comfortable in a Zoho admin panel as in a RAG pipeline. Today we work across healthcare, fintech, EV, logistics, and more, from offices in the UK and Pakistan.
We’re deliberately small. It’s how we keep quality high, communication direct, and every project owned by people who actually built it.
