Getting started

It starts with a short discovery call. We learn your goals, constraints, and timeline, then come back with a written plan, a recommended engagement model, and a first step — usually within a few days.

Both. We scope engagements to fit — a lean MVP for a founder, or an embedded team for an enterprise modernising its stack. The process adapts to the stage you are at.

Just your goals and any context you already have — briefs, designs, existing systems. We handle turning that into a concrete technical plan.

Pricing & engagement

Three: fixed-bid projects for defined scope, monthly retainers for ongoing work, and staff augmentation to embed our engineers in your team. The Services page compares them in detail.

Fixed-bid projects start around $3k, retainers from $6k/month, and staff augmentation from $70/hour. Final pricing depends on scope, which we confirm in writing before any work begins.

Fixed-bid work is billed against milestones, retainers monthly in advance, and staff augmentation monthly against tracked time. No hidden fees.

Delivery & process

An MVP is typically 6–12 weeks; larger platforms run longer. We ship in short cycles so you see working software early rather than waiting until the end.

As much or as little as you like. Retainer and fixed-bid clients get regular demos and a single point of contact; staff-aug engineers work inside your own process.

You do. On project completion, all code, assets, and intellectual property transfer to you in full.

After launch

Yes. We offer support and maintenance retainers, and can stay on to iterate on the roadmap. We never disappear the day you go live.

Most clients continue with a lightweight retainer for ongoing improvements. You can also come back for a scoped follow-on project at any time.

Often, yes. We start with an audit to understand the current state, then propose a safe path to stabilise, extend, or modernise it.
